At our club, we want to help build self-confidence through the teaching of martial arts, along with a whole host of benefits such as physical fitness, mental focus, and self-discipline.
Our Kickboxing programme is designed to develop teamwork, respect, and perseverance through challenging and fun classes.
Tuesday and Thursday: 4:15-5:00.
Wednesday and Friday: 4:30-5:15
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:15-6:00
Wednesday and Friday: 5:30-6:15
Junior Sparring: Thursday 3:45-4;15, Friday 4:00-4:30
Cadets Sparring: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-6:30. Wednesday and Friday 6:15 to 6:45
The Programme is split by age and ability. There are four sub-programmes for it.
There are three in house competitions in a year. Also, we compete in some local, national, and International competitions cross the UK.
We offer Squad Training and private sessions to get our member ready for their upcoming events.
